⭐ ๐‹๐“๐‚๐† ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Hiked from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.25 lakhs; tax rate increased to 12.5% from 10%


⭐ ๐’๐“๐‚๐†: Increased from 15% to 20%.


⭐ ๐‹๐“๐‚๐† ๐‡๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐: All financial non-listed and non-financial assets holding period is 24 months or more; listed assets holding period is 12 months or more only.


⭐ ๐€๐›๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฅ ๐“๐š๐ฑ: No tax on shares issued by private and unlisted companies exceeding the fair value of the company.


⭐ ๐“๐š๐ฑ ๐’๐ฅ๐š๐›๐ฌ: Remain the same with 30% tax above ₹15 lakhs. New slabs: ₹3-7 lakhs instead of ₹3-6 lakhs under section 115BAC.


⭐ ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ: Increased for filing appeals to Tax Tribunals, High Court, and Supreme Court to ₹60 lakhs, ₹2 crores, and ₹5 crores, respectively.


⭐ ๐’๐š๐Ÿ๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ: Expanded to reduce TP litigations.


⭐ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐“๐š๐ฑ: Rate for foreign companies reduced to 35% from 40%.


⭐ ๐“๐ƒ๐’ ๐จ๐ง ๐„-๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ž: Reduced to 0.1% from 1%.


⭐ ๐“๐ƒ๐’ ๐จ๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Reduced to 2% from 5%.


⭐ ๐Œ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐๐ก๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ: BCD reduced to 15%.


⭐ ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ข๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ: Duties reduced to 6%.


⭐ ๐’๐“๐“ ๐จ๐ง ๐…&๐Ž: Increased from 0.02% to 0.1%.


⭐ ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐‹๐ž๐ฏ๐ฒ: 2% levy on foreign e-commerce operators removed.


⭐ ๐„๐’๐Ž๐ ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Non-reporting of ESOPs held in foreign companies, social security schemes, and other movable assets abroad de-penalized (penalty of ₹20 lakhs removed).


⭐ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ: Opportunities for 1 crore youth in top companies. Training costs to be covered by companies' CSR expenditure (maximum 10%). Monthly allowance of ₹5,000 with a one-time allowance of ₹6,000.


⭐ ๐…๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: Up to 300 units via 1 crore rooftop solar panel installations.


⭐ ๐‘&๐ƒ ๐ข๐ง ๐„๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ: Expenditure in nuclear energy sector to improve the energy mix, along with solar and non-renewable energy.
